Edible Garden Pearse Park

DTT has created two areas at Pearse Park for an edible garden. The areas will be planted with fruit bushes and herbs.

 

This project was funded by Pobal with the Tidy Towns funding of 2022. It is our hope that this area will enhance the fairy garden next door and assist people in the area with fresh fruit.

 

The area is pollinator friendly and no herbicides or chemicals will be used. For this project we have engaged Garden Wisdom, an entirely ecofriendly landscaping company.
